We invite you to explore the possibilities available to you as a member of the Quartzite Roadrunners Gem and Mineral Club:
* club areas (silversmithing, lapidary, faceting, opal cutting, glass fusing, knifemaking, leather, stone carving and knapping ) that include a full array of equipment.
* 20+ classes available with talented instructors for your benefit
* guided trips for rock hounding on a weekly basis
* desert trips for ATV/side by side enthusiasts
* black light desert trips to explore florescent rocks
* participation in one of Arizona’s largest gem shows (The Pow Wow)
* a wide variety of social events including monthly pancake breakfast, silent auction, tailgate event, highway cleanup, and community parades.
We are a 100% volunteer club with membership in excess of 700 most years. Our members are from all over the United States, Canada and beyond. So come to visit us and join in the fun.
